With a strong logistical and inventory based sales department, it is the Race Team at J3 Competition to get the message across. Fortunately, the management and available materials allow for the results to deliver the necessary confirmation of the quality and organization of J3 Competition’s Race Team.

Based with the principal of exceeding customer expectations the Race Team can be found attending all major organized events across the North America. The formation and re-structuring in 2005, J3 Competition’s Race Team has been at the top of the leader-board delivering results across all categories. With championship and winning results in all categories with several different drivers proves not only the material, but the Race Team’s ability to harness and groom young drivers to the top-levels. It’s no wonder why the J3 Competition ‘brand’ has received such prominent results and awareness in the North American market.

Team Manager -- Justin Stefani With its current winning formula, the Race Team has further developed its offerings into International competitions. In 2009 it began a cooperative program with its suppliers to deliver opportunities for its drivers to compete in Europe. This offering has once again produced product differentiation for the Race Team. Managed by the Race Team at J3 Competition, the managerial consistency and product continuity is extended across the Atlantic to insure that value is delivered to its customers.

The Race team is currently managed by Justin Stefani who focuses on the technical side of the material, with driver management and the logistical planning. Beside Justin is the assistance from J3 are partner’s Jim and John Giacomelli who offer crucial assistance at the race track as well as away from the race track.

J3 Competition’s Race Team can be easily identified by its colorful and functional team tent, which houses the entire race weekends activities. Along with its structure, J3 Competition’s race team boasts all the necessary tuning equipment and tooling, which are all organized within the team’s LISTA storage boxes insuring added efficiency. Drivers at J3 Competition are privileged to the latest materials and the most organized operation within North America, thus allowing each driver to concentrate on driving.
